Hi all just found this site and it's great.
I've made farmers sausage most of my life with my father and father in law. My adult son would like to make it with me now.
We are in the process of building our own smoke house. We have a sausage stuffer that was passed down from my father in law.
We will be making it the same way I grew up with.
We live in southern Manitoba. Looking forward to getting the process started.
 
Welcome aboard! This site and the people involved are great. Very friendly and informative. Enjoying Thanksgiving here in the states but we all share an appreciation for good food. :biggrin:
