From Texas, currently living in the Seattle area. Novice Smoker, I have a couple Bradleys, Big Chief, and a stick/charcoal burner, just got it, only one smoke on it so far. Love to smoke stuff, ribs, butts, briskets, turkeys, cheese. Not the best at it, still learning. Tough to smoke here in the PNW, weather doesn't cooperate to well. looking forward to learning as much as I can from here and adding anything I can. Thanks for letting me join.
