I'm learning been smoking about a yr now,glad to have joined learning alot on here!I live in ny with winter about over i got the itch,great site.Right now i have the char broil gourmet which i'm in the process of doing some much needed mods.

Welcome aboard. I started with the same smoker & just recently updated. Not a bad little smoker. Hope since your doing mods you get a new gauage. River country on google has really good ones.
