My name is Scott and I have been chef for 15 years. Just started smoking and creating sauces in December. We have had lot of success with the sauces(won a few awards) and my Pulled Pork and Ribs have gotten great reviews. So we decided to start a small catering business here in phoenix. We catered lunch for 60 folks and it went amazing, booked a few more gigs and sold lots of sauce.
I am here to learn and pick your guys brains. I know that I have a really good start but I also know there is a lot to learn. My wife and I are taking over a Country Club next spring and I want have my Q the best it can be. Plus we want to start doing more Meat Competitions as well.
