New guy from St. Louis

Hi everyone,

I am an intermediate smoker, been doing it all my life on Kettles and loved everything that I have cooked. I am in the process now of buying a new offset smoker. Always interested in hearing war stories of what works and what hasn't from others with a passion for the pit. I have been in St. Louis now for 10 years and appreciate the background of BBQ here. I can't wait to learn and hopefully help others with their passion.
