new guy from North Central Florida

Hey everyone, I'm new to smoking but ive been coming here for a few months via Google searches and figured I'd join up. I don't have an actual smoker I have been using my char broil infared propane grill. I've got a few Boston butts under my belt and even a whole picnic. I'm 25 and new to grilling and smoking all together but I think I came to the right place to learn.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.
