Hello all, I have been reading for a long time but finally joined up today. I have been smoking for years with cheap offset smokers and electric smokers. I finally found the material to build my own RF smoker. I am about to retire from the military so I will have a little more free time to pursue hobbies. I come from a large family who enjoy getting together and eating good food. I have somewhat taught myself to weld and figure that building this smoker will help hone my skills in that department. Glad to be here and look forward to learning more.
