Hey Y'all!  I just joined although I've been reading the forums for a couple of weeks....My wife bought me an Oklahoma Joe's last year for father's day.  I know it's not a great smoker, but we had a blast with it last year, we called last year "The Summer Of Smoke".   I work from home, so it's a bit easier for me to smoke on any give day...So, now that summer'ish is here, we're back at it.   

I look forward to learning from you folks.
