Finally decided to join after a few years of reading. I have been smoking for about 4 years but learning with every smoke. Take the easy way out with a pellet grill. Own a Grilla Chimp and love it. Have owned a Pit Boss 300 and Traeger Ranger but gave away to son in law and friend to get them into smoking and i must admit so I could buy the Chimp.
Looking forward to all the great info and ideas. Thanks in advance for all the tips in past and future
