Hello all. Look forward to joining in on smoking meat forums.
Been smoking about 10-15 years, been using chargriller pro with sfb last 8 yrs or so, with several mods.
What drew me to this forum was post on making 20/20 smoker charcoal basket for the Chargriller, great post.
Look fwd to finding and sharing some great que ideas - food, technique, playlists, drink lists, etc!
