Hello from the Old Folks home in The Villages, FL

I have been smoking for 20 years and I am on my 4th smoker. Just purchased a Pit Boss Pro and so far so good. My first meal with it was shot gun shells that turned out great and then Jeff's meatloaf. Fantastic.
Looking for any tips using my new smoker.
