Hey all! Started doing some smoking on a Weber kettle, then built myself a UDS. Got tired of the babysitting, so I got myself a Rec Tec last spring. Spend my weekends up at my camper in northern MN, so that's where I do most of my smoking.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I"m hoping to do a butt this weekend, my step son is getting married in a couple of weeks and I'm in charge of the grooms supper. Am planning on doing pulled pork, but I haven't done pulled pork in a few years, so I figured I'd see if I still remember how.
