Hello all, my name is Charles. I dwell in the cooler part of Arizona, aka Flagstaff. I am a novice at smoking, a few chickens here and there. I just bought a Char Griller Duo on Sunday. Have limited space and funds so this grill is a great compromise. Have come here to begin the long road to great smoking. So thats it in a nutshell.
