Hey Guys, right now I've got an ECB w/o mods yet. Plan on getting a Weber before too long. I've smoked a couple of Baby Backs and 3-4 Boston Butts and they're getting better. I've been watching Pitmasters and love it.

I'm looking for a couple of good injector recipes.

Hi Doug. If you are looking to do some mods to your ECB, I would recommend:

If it is the Gourmet:

You will find these mods make a large difference in reaching and maintaining an appropriate temperature. Mine (Gourmet) runs almost as well as a second-hand WSM !!!!!!!!!!!
