Hi,

New person from Baltimore, MD.

Use a pellet grill because I don't have time to watch a fire...lol However, I would love to get an offset at some point when my work schedule slows down.

Just got a meat grinder so excited to start making sausage and other stuff.

Looking forward to learning from the community.
