New from Atlanta! "I had this dream...."

I literally just awoke from a dream where I was cutting down a chestnut tree to use on my egg for a pizza. I have never used Chestnut before so I googled it....and here I am. I am into mixing nut and fruit woods, typically pecan and apple or peach. I like a nice medium balanced smoke. It has a really unique 'round' flavor to it. This is so cool!! A place to talk about a real passion of mine!
