Well she's home. Picked up last night and started seasoning it today after work. Got it hot to burn off any manufacturer oils and chemicals. Wiped the inside down with Canola Oil now getting it hot to hopefully polymerize the oil. Not sure if im going to jump into food or do a couple fire management trials.

Oh and I cooked chicken thighs on the weber. No pictures of the lowly charcoal grill tonight. The stick burner is the 🌟

very nice , congrats on the new member to the herd. That will be fun to smoke on.

Not sure how heavy it is , but back wheel is close to the edge in the picture, hate to see a nice brisket go for a tumble

Thanks, I'm excited, it weighs in at 400 lbs according to the manufacturer. I put it there to "level" it. It is very stable where it is.
I have to figure if this will be its final home or if it works better somewhere else. Prevailing wind is blowing directly at my back if I'm standing looking at the grates. Temps were fairly steady, but wind direction was changing constantly last night and I did see it affect draft. My other thought was it might be nice to have the FB up higher so I don't have to bend over as much to tend to the fire is I'm working through the side door. Just have to get some time in and learn what is going to work.
