New comer

Hi Everyone,

My name is Theresa I'm from La Palma California . Today I used our new Weber Smokey Mountain for the first time. I was a little concern so I went straight to Google and next thing ya know I'm in this forum getting great advise!  REALLY excited about learning some of your tricks and sharing my experiences as well as listening to yours. Earlier  I watched JB Barbecue, smoking grilling 101 pro bbq tips. Got a kick out of that you guys should watch it! That man has a collect of BBQ's!!!  

I enjoyed my Tri Tip adventure today and am hoping to Smoke a turkey next weekend. The Tri Tip turned out BEAUTIFUL thanx to Smoking Meat Forum.
