New Comer From VA

Hey everyone!! My name is Jonathan From Suffolk, VA. I recently purchased the Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Combo, and have been trying to perfect my smoking and recipes every chance I get. I am also currently in the process of building a 55 gallon drum smoker and a double tow behind smoker with 2 Oil tanks with a split fire box. I have ambitions of getting into smoking competitions and would love to hear any tips or advice from some of the more seasoned veterans to the world of smoking.
