New Black Rec Tec RT-680 Smoker

Just did our first cook on the REC TEC RT-680 pellet smoker, this thing is a beast.

we did 6 slabs of st louis style ribs in one cook.

Those Ribs look like they should be on my plate!!

  Great job!!  The black Rec Tec looks great too.  Did you have to move the ribs around to have them cook evenly or just put them on and leave them?

Didn't have to move the ribs at all, no problems with even cooking.

That is good to hear.  That grill has been on my radar to replace my Traeger.
