Bought a CampChef (PG24MZG SmokePro Slide Smoker) for Christmas dinner on my brother's recommendation. I'm converted. :). We grew up vegetarian (I've still yet to eat beef, pork, veal) but I do eat foul and fish every once in a while. We had smoked turkey and let me tell you, I'm in. Looking forward to learning a lot from you all.

Welcome from Ohio! You found a great place to learn. You will learn many ways to do fowl and fish here. Probably some good veggie dishes too. I’m all about the meat but do put out some pretty nice veggie sides.
