Hello, just getting into smoking. Was looking at grills and recommendations online. Thought I would have to get a smoker shipped, then I found a local distributor in my town called Sweet Swine of Mine, catchy name. They are a Yoder dealer but have a ton of other brands.

I got to looking and researching what they had. Wound up with the American BBQ Systems BB Cube. I wasn't looking for one this big but it was priced great for the size.

Got it home and took some pics and started the seasoning process. This thing is heavy and we'll built. Comes with 4 racks that are 21"*21" and 2 racks that are 11"*21" so you can split a level with half a rack. Also 2 stainless steel fold down shelves that are about 11"*24".

Will do! Planning a butt this weekend.

I have never seen on like this, sort of a hybrid between a cabinet and a drum.

Nice smoker!! It will never look that clean again! Season it and enjoy the results!

Congratulations on the new smoker, it sure is a nice looking one.

It looks like the builder thought of everything when they built that smoker!
Looking forward to seeing it in action!

Went by Lowe's this morning and got 4 bags of Royal oak and a bag of hickory chunks, gonna get a butt and give a run this weekend, pics to follow

Ok, it's smoke day! Cooking a 6 lb butt, 3 lb baby back, 3 lb beef ribs. Got a half pan of beans going and going to try some sliced smoked potatoes.

Started up the firebox this morning about 6:30, I think I have that " thin blue smoke" rolling now.
Pics so far...
