My wonderful wife is giving me an Akorn Kamado Kooker for Xmas. I have been researching this site and others for informaion on it. I have been grilling on a Weber for 25 - 30 years and am new to a Kamado and would appreciate any advice y'all can provide. Such as insulating a new unit, cookin' ribs, etc.
Thanks in advance, Jim
