Neglected RecTec

Since I got the BBQ Guru for my WSM I hardly use the RecTec anymore. Fired it up to do a small brisket point. Cleaning grills and patio is my on short list. I have enough house work to keep me busy for my first year on retirement!

Looks tidy enough to me Brian! We had artificial lawn put in the front and back yards. I do the patio and entire back yard with a gas powered leaf blower, takes five minutes tops. RAY

Man tought my smoking tube was going good but it went out. Oh well it done in 6 hours. Moving to MES to hold at around 160. The reason I been using the WSM mainly is it so easy now with the Guru and I get real good smoke with it. Using the tube with the pellet pooper does work pretty well but not this time.
