Going well. The wife got home safely the other day. Her mom is laid to rest beside her dad, which was her wish. Hard as it is to lose a parent, my wife is confident that her mom and dad are together with the Lord.

Wow sounds like your Dad has been thru the ringer Justin. Glad to hear he's playing hardball and successfully fighting. Good Vibes/prayers or whatever you want to call it. I'm sending them.

One more update… the hospital staff caring for Dad will meet in the morning…. There is a possibility with his progress that he will be able to go home soon! Thanks again for the thoughts and prayers! My SMF fam is beyond amazing and supportive! Appreciate you all so much!

With my relationship with God bieng different than standard Christian, I never ask God for anything. I know he says to but it just dont feel right to me. I dont ask for much from anyone.

However, I DO THANK God for the good things. And thank God your Dad has made enough progress to possibly come home!

So, some of you already know this… But Dad spent some time in the Rehab unit…

He’s now back home and doing great… he still has a road ahead of him… but has made so much progress! He is a fighter! Has in home therapy coming in to help build his strength back up!

I can’t thank you all enough for the support, thoughts and prayers!

It’s a tough time in life when dealing with that! My in laws passed… my FIL in 2017, MIL this last December two days before her birthday!

Nic took it hard and just shut down for a few months… and I can’t blame her! She was the main caregiver for them both!

We planned an Estate Sale at her folks place… then my Dad falls and dealing with everything was just plain hard!

It’s been a handful of years of nothing but being on edge and just waiting for what’s next!

Anyway, just what’s been going on and we all have our stories and experiences!

Still praying for you all and your situation… we have to there for each other brother! And we sure appreciate the prayers from you all and we send them back!
