I thought about this also. Still may be an option. Just not sure if everyone had there fill of kraut already from the new year!

Pork Shots are good. Pulled Pork Egg Rolls

I'm thinking pork shots just might be perfect! I can slice up the jalapeno smoked sausage I already have and I know this will be a big hit. I may add something a little different. Whatever I end up doing I'll make sure there are pics! Thanks for this idea! I think I can run with this one!

When I do shots I keep it simple. Just brown sugar and my rub mixed 50/50 then in the sausage bacon cup.

Simple is good! I was thinking maybe a slice of jalapeno to add to it.

You can do half with the Jalapeno slice and tell people its a surprise if they get them or not
