Need a Cornbread Recipe, or Two, or Ten

How did you ever turn out on your cornbread quest? Earlier in the week my wife made the recipe off cornmeal container... fairly dry and crumbly. Last night I halved Bearcarver's from his step by step index and that was really good! Even though I know you said you don't care for the Jiffy mix.

I don't eat cornbread so I have never tried to make it so I used youtube to look up a recipe. This guy said in his video that adding to much flour will cause your cornbread to be dry. He also gives examples of what you can add to the I guess the basic recipe to spice it up some.
