Didn’t get a pic of the pulled pork, they devoured it all to quick. Ribs came out OK, they tell me the pulled pork was good, I’ll have to take their word for it. The beans were great, but the Mac needed more cheese or less mac, I’ll figure that out next time. Brisket and bottom flat just went on for an overnight cook. Man you got a full docket there :) I'm just doing some ABTs tommorrow and some time this week I'm going to smoke up a batch of pepperoni and then it's time to clean the smoker again.

OK, had a little rain during the night. I sit up with the control panel and plug covered with a cookie sheet and weights on top to keep it from blowing off. Just pulled and wrapped the brisket at 195. It’s in the cooler now and will be for a few hours. View media item 553900
