Looks like it's gonna be good to be at your house this weekend.
Wow, looks like it's going to be very a busy weekend full of wonderfully smoked food. Keep us updated.
Sounds like your going to be a busy boy!
Pork today. Ribs and butt. Trying some of the RecTec stuff and my old stand by OBQ, years ago he had a radio show that came on here in the DFW area.
Didn’t get a pic of the pulled pork, they devoured it all to quick. Ribs came out OK, they tell me the pulled pork was good, I’ll have to take their word for it. The beans were great, but the Mac needed more cheese or less mac, I’ll figure that out next time. Brisket and bottom flat just went on for an overnight cook.
Man you got a full docket there I'm just doing some ABTs tommorrow and some time this week I'm going to smoke up a batch of pepperoni and then it's time to clean the smoker again.
Can you air mail me some brisket?
That looks great, cant wait to see the finished cook tomorrow.
Meatfest! Looks fantastic!
Brisket and whole flat bottom on for overnight cook. Going to shave the whol bottom for French dips and Arby style sandwiches. Hopefully.
That sounds delicious
Been asleep yet? Smoker is going to be broken in, for sure.
OK, had a little rain during the night. I sit up with the control panel and plug covered with a cookie sheet and weights on top to keep it from blowing off. Just pulled and wrapped the brisket at 195. It’s in the cooler now and will be for a few hours.
Oh boy, you have been putting in some labor this weekend. Looks like its gonna be worth it. Good Job
Looks like everything is coming along just as you planned.
