My Sweet Mini Thighs / Brian's Brats and Burgers

Its been a while since posting a MINI MWSM smoke. The kids are over for burgers and some of my Brian's Big Bratwurst.  I thought Id smoke some thighs for snacking!

While the charcoal is proofing (B&B Brand Everything else is.. Well Like my buddy Kev says: "One step above Dried Cow Patties".)  I grind the Chuck.  Chuckies were on sale so I bought a few for  handy ground beef later.  ...Hate buying store bought ground beef.
