The. Signature. Sammich.

Pork schnitzel, granny smith apple-slaw, door county cherry/brandy glaze, cold-pack beer cheese. Assembled on a toasted hoagie roll. And in true Wisconsin fashion, garnished with a cocktail cherry and orange slice.

Need to work on the slaw a bit more to get the flavor I want, but this was damn good.
 
Looks great! While in Germany. There were these little roadside Imbiss's. Roadside snackbar/fast food joints. Most were take out.
Especially along the autobahns. Some had a schnitzel sandwhich on a bun. With a slaw. Not creamy. Just vinegar,water, oil, and onions. Others had no slaw and either thin sliced cucumber or pickle. And topped with tasted like french dressing.
