After checking out civilsmoker civilsmoker thread on his trifecta seafood meal. I remembered that I had a couple pounds of 8-12 black tigers in the freezer.

Not as massive as his. But pretty respectable.

Since we were getting a bit of a storm. 8"on the ground and counting. Neither one us wanted to go shopping. So there was no fresh lemons. Or angle hair or pasta. So, I settled for rotini instead. And lemon juice. I also had a pack of Baja citrus mix for the shrimp. No cooking shots, sorry.
Used butter, garlic, pepper, and lemon juice for the rotini. And broiled the marinated shrimp. Easy and delicious!

We also had frozen rolls to heat up to serve with it.

Loves me some shrimp, and those look great Steve

Point for sure
Chris

I might get shot for saying this around here but I don’t like seafood, my daughter would tear them up though. I do want to say man those noodles are making my mouth water, nice job.

I don't do seafood , just because I'm not sure how .
That all looks fantastic .

Home run Steve!!! We always have that Baja Citrus on hand we love it on shrimp and chicken!

I love a simple shrimp meal. Yours is the best of the best.

..
Not familiar with Baja Citrus

... I'm sure hungry for seafood!
Might have to go to the store...
Change that to "go to the shore".
Pick a week in January and "Hey Dad can you tend the hogs for week?"

Except he's 88, I don't ask him to do chores anymore. But he does take care of our dogs if we are gone.

Cattle were easy. Uncle and my father would take a trip to go ice fishing many times a week. The ice fishing went down as the casino trips lengthened.
Trips stopped after my father's health declined.
My Uncle was 90 when he sold the cattle.
Hire somone and get away for week or two. Everyone needs a mental health break.

That looks great Steve! Between you and civilsmoker civilsmoker I'm sure hungry for seafood!
Might have to go to the store... we have no snow and I'm fine with that!

Thanks Ryan!

Looks great Steve! I'm getting the munchies for some seafood myself!

Thanks! It's not hard really. The biggest thing to watch out for is overcooking it.
