I think anybody could make a UDS after watching them.

I only have one question.

Was the mesh screen for the charcoal box galvanized or aluminum?

I don't think you would want galvanized.

X3 .Make sure you burn all galvanized off .I know if you get the basket up to 800 f it should burn off .Last thing you want is sick judges.Their are a few articles her about galvanize metal.
