Great info. I liked the bit about using the end bone as a handle for the membrane, that's a fantastic idea!

Awesome tute. I'm going to try the membrane trick that you did. I always have a hard time getting that sucker off. You did it in one quick swoop. Well done vid and thank you.

I always have trouble getting the membrane off.  I'll sacrifice the end rib inorder to get the membrane off easier.  Thanks!  Subscribed to see what other tricks you have

Excellent tutorial!

A friend of mine has been talking all kinds of smack about how the first time he made ribs they were knocked out of the ballpark.  Mind you, I live near Detroit.  Around here, most people's idea of barbeque is grilling.  Anyways, I might have to try this tutorial to show him up ;)

Great video, the end bone trick on the membrane was a great idea. I have been using cat fish skinning pliers to remove the silver that works pretty good but I think your way might be a tad quicker.

I have been doing my ribs very similar to that for a long time and have loved them. About the only difference is that I add butter instead of apple juice for my "liquid" in the foil stage.

Thank you for the feedback.  I plan on making one for Boston Butts in the near future.  I will have better quality camera work and lighting.  I'll keep you posted.
