Used a new method for making the ribs. Dry rub, overnight, smoked for 4 1/2 hours at 225. Place in small foil boat for the last 30 minutes of the cook. No sauce at all. Amazing!
Yep. I made a little cruise ship for the ribs and sprayed them with apple cider vinegar and apple juice every 15 minutes or soso the foil boat, does it cover the top of the ribs or sit under it? I assume by foil boat you don't just mean wrap them completely?

Clean pull. When I wrap them in foil for the last hour, then they fall off. I wanted to go with a more Memphis style this time around and add sauce on your plate.Looks great from here (OK I am not so far from you) How was the result? fall off the bone or nice clean pull?
