Used a new method for making the ribs. Dry rub, overnight, smoked for 4 1/2 hours at 225. Place in small foil boat for the last 30 minutes of the cook. No sauce at all. Amazing!

so the foil boat, does it cover the top of the ribs or sit under it? I assume by foil boat you don't just mean wrap them completely?
Yep. I made a little cruise ship for the ribs and sprayed them with apple cider vinegar and apple juice every 15 minutes or so
