My First Whole Bird

    It's been a couple of weeks since I posted. Easter took us out of town so we didn't do any smoking. This weekend I've smoked my first whole roasting chicken. Photos are attached. We'll be sitting down to eat in about 30 minutes and I'll let y'all know how it tastes. Sure does lok good though!

    Wow that has a weird color to it. What did you use on it.

    The color is mainly from the poor lighting. I brined the bird but didn't use any kind of rub. It tasted great!
