Wife and I made these Up last night, they have been on about 3 hrs now 140/160/ and 180 before I could get smoke to start. Will have to invest in a Amazn smoker. But I'm working with what I have.

Had some left over so we made a cpl Loaves up.

Both My meat probes have been running within a cpl degrees of each other. Sure smells good.

Good Way To Beak In Your new Smoker!!!

Try adding some pieces of charcoal to the chip pan with chips.

Turned out Pretty damn tastey but next time I'm making the Old standby family summer suasage Recipe. This was a Trail bologna kit I picked up at the market and added some extras to. Thanks for looking.
