my first ribs (st.louis style)

I did did a quick rub of paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Smoked with applewood at 230*ish for 6 hours. Half way in I brushed some apple bbq sauce on them. They turned out just ok. I got some learning to do lol. I will definitely do the 3-2-1 method next time.




 
I use that style of ribs.....the foiling works for me.  Nice and tender.

They look good!

Those look good to me, Matt.  The fun is in tryin' lots of different methods/recipes until you get 'em dialed in to your personal tastes.  Good luck and happy smokin'!
