My First Ribeye roast

hi all i bought my Ribeye roast tonight it's 6.81lb i got it at sale price of 8.99lb and regular price is 15.99lb it is angus beef not sure yet what i will do with it yet think i am going to make it Bonless and cut it in steaks

Yum so many things to do with that. One of my favs would be to rub it with SPOG, rosemary and thyme, vac pack it and sous vide. Finish off with a hot seat on the grill.

i got 5 good steaks out of it and a good amount of beef fat to use how ever i want and the ribs i am a happy camper
