Here are a couple of pics of a Roast I did the other night. I rubbed it down with a generic Steak Rub, Cooked it on my GOSM Gasser with Hickory and Apple cook it around 210 for about 4 hours. I took it to around 160 higher than I would have liked to. Although it was Medium Well, it was still juicy, not too smokey and had a good flavor.
