My delayed Easter dinner.

I had originally planned on doing these yesterday for Easter dinner. However i was feeling little under the weather so they got delayed to today.

Just put them on the smoker. 225 with cherry wood. Usually use apple, but wanted to try something little different. Stay tuned will have more pictures as the cook progresses.
