There's more to come, but I've got some pics of the turkey I just pulled off the smoker.  This is only the 2nd time I've done this myself, but I was confident I'd have no problems (especially since I've done harder cuts of meat).

Breast was 170, thigh a little bit higher than that.  Used pecan wood and regular Kingsford for this bird (wasn't using my Ozark Oak for turkey since I'm not a big fan of turkey).

I'll post a vid of me cutting into the bird once he's done redistributing his juices.

Here's the Qview movie of the bird.  I only cut into one of the breasts.  This bird is butter tender!  It was so easy to slice into him.
