Smoked my 2nd brisket on my new uds today and was verry happy with the way this one turned out as the first one was a total disaster. Any way heres some pics. the color looks alot better in person 1/4 inch smoke ring that you cant really see in the pics,oh well it sure tasted good and you could cut it with a fork!
