Dinner is Mushroom Swiss burgers that i seasoned and cold smoked for a couple hours then a little sear and sent for a Sous Vide bath. Also had some potatoes with some freshly smoked butter.
Add in some cheese cauliflower/cottage cheese and Smoked deviled eggs that were seasoned before cold smoke and then seasoned on top after.
