Well Thanks Bear, reheating on the grill was the bomb! I think they were better tonight than last night. I'm looking at the calendar & I think Fathers Day will be the next prime rib day! Can't wait! Two more in the freezer. I have to save at least one of them for

I think I have 3 (5 pounders) left from the four I got at Christmas.

That's why I got the 10 steaks cut out of the standing Rib I got for FREE the other week. I had enough Prime Ribs in the freezer.

I'm going to get my secret weapon out to make two of those FREE steaks tomorrow. I don't know if I'll post them, because I'm not really smoking them. Maybe I will anyway.
