Momma's Bday dinner round #1

Didn't have plans tonight so my wife suggested doing her birthday dinner tonight. Her actual birthday is Monday hence round #1. I know I'll be doing something Monday as well. She wanted ribeye so picked up a Tomahawk Ribeye at Sam's. Got some nice big potatoes as well. Dry brine in salt and a little kinders prime steak. Mean while on in the garage watching Stars vs. Wild with s few beers and playing games with my son. Before you ask YES I put the streak on this time.

Round #2 in planning to take a prime rib out of the freezer tomorrow and defrost in the washer basin, she'll never look there. Then either smoke that or put it on the rotisserie if I have time. I have to work Monday but I have a got crew who might be cool with me leaving early

Good thing I listened and didn't pull out the prime rib. She wants more steak and crab legs. Got the both at Sam's for about $60. Two rib eyes and two pounds of crab legs. This will be an interesting evening. She is doing the crab in the oven. Rib eye on the Pit Boss again

Thank you for concern....smart arse. And actually I just put the steak on. I thought dirty would make her happiest but some how the card made in school by the kindergartener won.

You mean you live here.... sooooooometimes. I got sams but I know a guy with Costco business. Figured $30 for 2lbs was good for a last second idea.
