Moikn Question

  1. Do you make your Moinks up ahead of time & refrigerate, or just put them togeather & put straight into the smoker. I will be making them from scratch with some italian sausage, 80/20 ground beef, pepperjack cheese centers, & bacon wrap.

    It really doesn't matter w/ moinks . Nice to have em ready to go ahead of time to me . allows me time  to do other things.

    I'm with Bob on this one to. I have made them fresh and I have made them before it really doen't matter.

    I go with what ever time allows for. If I can make them frest then I do but if there is something going on where I have to make them ahead of time well thats just fine to.
