My sous chef wanted shrimp pizza so we fired up the Mini-ZA last night!

Not bad for store bought dough. The wife bought some non-fat cheese. It had a melting issue, as in it doesn't melt. Oh well the shrimp za was still tasty!

FYI a normal pizza stone will not hold up to the heat. you definitely need a ceramic one.
