Mini-WSM Chicken Cook

A cook that I posted over in the Poultry Section. These mini's are great at low and slow, but they really strut their stuff on the Hot and fast smokes!

Today it gets to go on a road trip! It'll be chugging away in the middle of the desert while we're hiking around looking for antler shed. Tri tip for lunch!!!!!
