OK, maybe not massive, but it is a big piece of meat for the Mini.

Found a nice 8lb. picnic on sale and had to grab it.


Rubbed with some store bought stuff...really like the Dave's rub.


All wrapped up and ready for an 8 hour nap in the fridge.


On the Mini at 11:30pm last night.


Some yummy, juicy pork goodness this morning...still a ways to go.



Stalled at about 165° right now. More to come...stay tuned.
 
Looking great! The largest cook I ever did in my mini was (2) 9lb shoulders!
Well Case  I could do four!
